Unexpected challenge

So, up until now, Quizmaker 13 has been working pretty well. I am revising elements of a course I developed, and no matter how many times I revise the feedback sections of certain quizzes (revising the master slides), the responses in some cases do not change...in particular, I have a set of responses that seem to refuse to change font size and color no matter the number of times I update/input changes. I need to have this rectified...client is launching this week. Thx. Michele

I just responded to your earlier post.

If you've installed the update discussed that post and you're still having trouble with your fonts and changes saving, please make sure you're working with local project files. 

  • Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior. 
  • You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).
  • Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names (this includes spaces and underscores).

If you haven't already, please try creating a new, blank project. Does the same thing happen if you try to use custom fonts, etc., in the feedback master? If so, it may be an issue with the project file. 

If the same thing happens with the new project file and you are working locally, it may help to run a quick repair on Quizmaker '13.
