I just converted from XP to Windows 7. When trying to Save and Return to Presenter, nothing happens. Then if I try to manually save and then close Quizmaker, the following error message displays:
Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application closes immediately.
Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.
I look into the case that Michele opened, and it was something system specific to her computer and the resolution that was shared with her was to conduct a repair of Studio 09. Have you tried to conduct the repair already?
Hello! I am receiving this error in SL3 and can't actually see any buttons at the bottom to continue or quit the application. I cannot resize this error message window. I have pulled the file down to my C drive and am working locally. I tried the troubleshooting steps provided in the link above for my Windows 10 machine, and they did not fix the problem.
Oh no! I am sorry that you are running into this issue. I have opened a support case for you so our Support Engineers can take a closer look. Please be on the lookout for an email from Articulate Support.
Please let us know if you have any questions in the meantime!

I cannot (again) open a project. I get the attached error message. Thanks.
Sorry you're running into that error again, Maurice! I see you reached out to us last August for the same issue.
Is this project file saved to your local hard drive? If so, please try these troubleshooting steps. Let me know if that solves it!
Thanks.
