unhandled exception pop up when trying to open my file

Hi everyone,
I have a big problem!! When i am trying to open a file in quizmaker 09 this pop up windows appears and the file does not open!
Its very important to find a solution.
Any suggestions?

i have already uninstall / reinstall the application but no luck..

Sorry for the trouble. Have you made sure that your quiz is located on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive)? Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior. If you're still having trouble, please don't hesitate to contact our support team for more help. Thanks!
