Upload to LMS times out with module including video

Quizmaker 09 module with flv video times out.
I have used two computers seperate computers and get the same result each time. One of the computers has a somewhat fresh install Articulate Studio 09. Nothing new as far as formatting the video goes either. I tried mp4 / swf / and flv.
As a test, I upload to the Test LMS site a previously published Quizmaker module with video and it uploaded just fine.
Anyone have a simular issue that you where able to resolve?

Would you mind submitting a Support Case so that we can take a closer look? Please make sure to upload your .quiz file when doing so for testing on our end.
