User scores not displayed

Hello,

I created and a quiz and set it up so that before someone begins, they have to enter their email, name, and job title. I then set up my list of users and emailed them the link to the quiz (I did not use the email option through the software).

After my users have taken the quiz and I run a report to show their results, they do not show up (see attached). But if I pull a report for all users and guests, it does.

How do I fix it so that their scores and statues show up when I pull the user report only? They are entering the same email address and names I entered when setting them up as users.

A user's course results may appear in the "How did people score?" report and yet not appear in the "Activity" reports in Articulate Online.  This occurs when the content is configured with Public security permissions.

In order for results to be recorded in the "Activity" reports, a user must log into Articulate Online with their email address and password. To ensure that results get recorded in the "Activity" reports, you will need to set the security permissions on the content item to Private and grant the appropriate users access to the course. Here's how.
