Using Question Groups in Quizmaker

Can someone please describe how/when to use question groups in Quizmaker? I'm putting together an exercise that has the user read instructions from a "blank" slide, take an action on a piece of software outside of the course and then advance to the "quiz slide" to answer a question about their results using the outside program. I'll repeat this activity for several different scenarios.
Is it best to make each set of slides (instructions on a "blank" slde + a quiz question slide) into a separate 'Question Group"? Is there an advantage to doing that vs. having one question group that is blank, question, blank, question...? If so, can you describe the pros/cons?

Hi Joyce!
I know that most users use question groups to organize questions into groups and randomize the quizzes so that each learner sees a different set of questions.
It doesn't sound like you are trying to do that though, so perhaps you would not need to utilize question groups.
Thank you! I knew there had to be a tutorial about question groups somewhere. And you're right. Since I'll be using all of the questions, they don't need to be randomized.
Glad that helped you out Joyce
