Viewing Submissions

Hello all,
I've been searching for this answer, but have had no luck. I am wondering if there is a way to view a learner's Quizmaker quiz submissions. Due to an LMS conversion to Comply365, we now use Quizmaker for our tests. Once the tests are submitted and graded, is there any way to view the learners' questions and answers? It would be helpful to be able to review what is being missed or not completely understood.
Any guidance or a simple "Nope, can't do that" is appreciated.
Thank you,
Jeff

Hi Jeff!
It really depends on how the LMS interprets the data that Quizmaker sends. Both versions of Quizmaker ('09 and '13) send the same type of data to an LMS when learners submit answers and courses.
If you're using '09, you'll want to look at this article:
Quiz data sent to an LMS in Articulate Quizmaker '09
If you're using '13, you'll want to look at this article:
Quiz Data Sent to an LMS in Articulate Quizmaker '13
As you can see, the question and answer details are reported - it's just a matter of how that content is handled once it's available through your LMS for review on your end.
I haven't personally used Comply365, and I've only found a couple of threads from community members on the topic. It appears those issues are publishing-specific, so they may not help with quiz details.
I recommend reaching out to the LMS to ask what data they support and if there's a best practice for viewing the information. In the meantime, hopefully someone with some experience with this host can share some tips with you as well.
Thanks!
Hi Christine,
Thank you for your reply. From what you've written and from what I've read, I will need to address this with the LMS.
Regards,
Jeff
