I don't have quizmaker right now so no that easy for me to help but I thought that, if your choices look like what I see up there, maybe you could do it with drop down list and move the drop down menu to specific areas of an image?
Wish I could try before giving you that idea... :-(
I am looking for something similar too. I would like tohave multiple answers using hotspots and it seems to only allow you to add one hotspot. I don't want to make all questions with more than one answer just multiple choice.
I did something like that. I created multiple questions in one quiz. I had the same image on each question, so all it looked like to the learner is that they identified one part of the image, hit submit, and then are asked to identify another part of the image.
Thanks, for the suggestion. I was trying to use the hotspot question almost like a multiple choice.
The question asks them to identify all the ways HIV or Hep B can be transmitted. Instead of giving the typical mutilple choise question, I want to have images and they can cliok on all the images that would apply such as needle stick, blood spils, etc.
That still looks like you can only have one hotspot per slide. I am hoping to be able to have multiple hotspots on one slide. I can do this in captivate and was hoping Articulate could do the same. It is looking like that isn't an option here.

Hi Annie thanks very much for that . I'll give it a whirl and post my findings.

I thought I would piggy back on your question...

Karyn,
Maybe this article from Jeannette Brooks' blog will help you.
