Hi all - I am having a challenge with a course that was created in Presenter 360. The quizzes that were creates in quizmaker show odd-looking characters and the slides are unintelligible. This issue is on my client's LMS and is onlu appearing on a few users' systems. I have not been able to duplicate the problem locally or in my LMS. The client is using Internet Explorer 10 as their browser. I have attached a screen shot that they have sent me. Any thoughts as to what the issue is?
Thanks for including that screenshot--that's definitely odd! Internet Explorer 10 is a supported browser for Presenter 360, so that shouldn't be the culprit.
As a next step, I would upload the file to SCORM Cloud, which is industry standard for LMS testing. Send your client the test link, and have them test it in Internet Explorer 10. If they aren't seeing the issue there, then it's safe to assume the problem is related to your client's LMS.
