Thanks for including the screenshot. I can see that the "When the internal responsibility..." answer choice is more indented than the rest of the answer choices.
By chance, is that one the correct answer? If so, are you seeing that on all the questions in this file, or just this question in particular?
I built a quiz last week, copy and paste from a Word document, where every correct answer was indented as in the photo. I hadn't seen that before, but just went ahead and adjusted the indentation.
I assumed it was some formatting carried over from the Word document. Next time I'll save the Word Doc as TEXT and try it that way ... but Alyssa's question piques my curiosity.
I typically suggest copying/pasting from a tool such as Notepad or similar to strip out any unseen formatting, so that could explain what you're seeing.
Let us know if you run into it again and we can do some testing around it!
