The user data would not be a part of your published output. The published output must be hosted somewhere, presumably your LMS, as Lauren shared above, and reports are produced from there.

Hi Ron!
This information gets communicated to a learning management system (LMS) by Articulate Quizmaker 360 SCORM and AICC content.
As for how to get that data out of the LMS, you'll want to contact your LMS provider for help with that.
