When user passes: Goes to URL

When a user passes a quiz, I am specifying the URL for the user to go to next.  I believe only absolute (not relative) references are allowed. That creates a challenge when migrating a published course from one website to another. 

For QM '09, I was able to find a "work around" by editing the hard-coded URL in the ....\data\presentation.xml file. That allowed me to migrate my application to another web-site address without having to republish all my quizzes.

I haven't been able to determine which file the URL is stored in the published output produced by Presenter/QM '13. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
