Would like to remove Previous and next buttons from results page.

I'm creating an assessment using Quizmaker '13.  I have set it to restricted view (as they need to be able to view some background information on prior slides) and I have a question list.  I have also set it so they  answer questions one at a time (not all at once). I also have set it so that users can't review the quiz.   However when they get to the end to see their result, the PREV and Finish button is still displaying on this slide.  With the prev button on this slide it means they can effectively review the quiz from this slide. Is there a way to remove this navigation button from this final slide?
