A user 'discovered' it by using the ALT + TAB command appears one yellow box exactly the right alternative in Quizmaker. His OS is Win 8.1 Pro. I could not simulate because I use Win 7 Pro. He pretended in front of me, I found very strange.
Does anyone know of say what can be? Interferância some of Win 8.1?
I hope it's not the Alt Text configuration because to just show a too correct alternative.
Hi, Diana -- I have a Windows 8 virtual machine I could use to try to do some testing for you if you would be able to provide your .quiz file. Please use the ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left of the reply box and you will be able to browse for your file and attach from there. :)
Thanks for sharing your .quiz file. I'm not sure I'm clear on the difficulty you're running into though? The yellow box is a feature of accessibility and can't be turned off - but I didn't notice any odd behavior using it within your course. It tabbed through all the possible answers, I could select one using the enter key, and then tab down to the submit button. Could you share a bit more about what you need help with?
Is the user not seeing the yellow box at all? Perhaps you could share a screenshot or video of what you're seeing vs. the user to help us understand a bit better.
Also, where are they testing/viewing the published output? You'll want to ensure that they are taking a look in the intended publish environment as described here.
Thanks Diana for sharing the video. So it's only using the tab key to navigate between windows, and then when the user revisits the Quizmaker quiz they're seeing the yellow tab highlight over the correct answer always? I didn't see that replicated in my Windows 8.1 system - which is where you mentioned the user saw it as well, correct?
Thanks - I'm having a few other members of my team take a look too as it worked normally for me on Windows 8.1 Are you only seeing that for the one particular question you showed or on all the questions? Any more information about how to reproduce the behavior is helpful!
I had a few others test this as well - and we also weren't able to replicate it. Perhaps you could share a link to where you have uploaded the course and we can test your version? In the meantime you could also look at testing the one I uploaded here.
I can't provide access to the LMS to be lit with the login and password. And because the problem is occurring in a particular user gets more complicated. Thanks for listening.
If it's only one user, I'd have them look at testing in another browser or any other browser settings within IE10 that could have changed this. Also I'd suggest having them test the SCORM Cloud option as well to see if that behaves different for them. If so, then again it's likely something between the LMS, that browser and how the user has it set up that has changed.
Please feel free to keep us posted on if you're able to determine a fix for your situation in the event that it may help others who run across this thread.

For the user, a yellow box appears exactly in the correct alternative of the matter, which does not happen at all.

Hi Ashley,
Follows a video trying to demonstrate the problem.
The material is entering a LMS.
Tks

Exactly.
And this does not happen in other systems.
