I'm relatively new to Articulate. In my latest webinar, I have several quizzes. For one of them, when the published webinar is viewed, each of the quizzes instantly pops up a message "you must complete the quiz in order to continue," well before the viewer has a chance to do anything. I know this isn't the usual behavior for an Articulate quiz. How do I fix this?

I apologize for the issues that you're having. I would suggest you submit a case by following the steps below.
Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:

The issue is caused by setting the slide to Advance "Automatically". Quizzes should be set to advance "By User" in the Slide Properties.
