When you purchased your Studio '13 licenses, and if Replay was included, you should also see the serial number and download information for Replay.
If you have the serial, but no download link, that's not problem. You can download the free trials here (which include Studio '13 + Replay), and then use the serial number to activate the software.
If you did not receive a serial number, please reach out to our Customer Care team by emailing biz@articulate.com.
