Articulate replay freezes

Hello. 

Does anyone have issues with their Articulate replay? 
When I try to publish the video it freezes and quits the page without saving or publishing in MP4

Hello, 

Thank you for you answer! 

I repaired the app 360 and I'm working on a local hard drive. 

Now, it's not freezing and I can publish the video but when I record my screen, the pointer doesn't point to the right text. There is a small decalage between the two. 

See, in the video, I circled your picture, but the video doesn't show it, it goes above.

You could also give these steps a try:

Change Graphics Settings
1.On your keyboard, press the Windows key + the letter "i" at the same time to bring up the Windows Settings
2. Select System
3. Select Display from the left column
4. Click on “Graphics settings” (this can be found towards the bottom).
5. Under “Graphics performance preference”, click on the Browse button and then browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Articulate\360\Storyline and
choose Storyline.exe.
6. Click Articulate Storyline 360 and on the Options button to bring up the GPU select window
7. Choose High performance
8. Click on the Save button
9. Try to replicate the issue
10. If the issue still happens, try to go back to Graphic settings and choose the “Power saving” option this time and then try to replicate the issue again.

This has worked for me with a similar issue in the past.

Otherwise, I would suggest opening a support case so we can get some engineers to take a look.
