Articulate Replay not responding to pasue and resume recording

Hello,

Is anyone having a problem using articulate replay when they try to pause and resume a recording?  When selecting the pause button, my recording disappears and then I have to log back on and start over.  Only thing is, now I have multiple boxes for my screen from trying to re-record and they will not disappear and let me start over unless I completely shut down my computer.   Attached is a photo showing 3 of the red lines it leave behind.

Hello, I was using Replay Storyline 2 when this first happened.  So I had someone do a fix by removing it and adding it back on.  Today I just downloaded the trial version of Replay 360 and recorded a 15-20 min video where I maybe had to hit pause/resume 6-8 times and on my last time, the display bar which shows that you are recording, etc disappeared.  When this happens it does not save any of my work.  Thank you for your help.

Hi Jacqueline,

That's definitely some odd behavior - what fix did someone help you with before? Was that one of our Support Engineers or someone else located near you? 

If they just reinstalled it for you, perhaps the initial install is having a hiccup at some point? You could try to repair again as Alyssa mentioned, and also confirm that it's installed locally and files are being created locally too.
