Audio Help

Hi.  I am brand new to using Replay and was attemptint to do a screen record that contains audio.  I have no problem doing this in Storyline and capturing the screen record with audio, but I can't seem to get the audio in Replay.  I feel like I should be clicking on something to record audio, but if you look at the screenshot below it only shows "No Audio".  What am I doing wrong?  Any advice?

Hi Rita,

You'll also want to check which mic is set as default. I know when I first started in Replay it did not show my built in mic, only my USB. After changing my default mic to the built in one, it appeared within Replay. 

If you're still having difficulty I'd suggest conducting a repair next to solve any odd issues.
