What do I need do to capture the audio from an existing recording? For example, a YouTube video. Replay records the video but not the audio. However, it does record my voice if I'm talking while the video is playing.

Recording internal audio vs. a microphone should be a setting on your machine.
Steve shared steps to do so here. Each operating system has it's own way of handling these settings, so feel free to share your set-up so that the community can chime in to assist.
While I understand this workaround for using stereo mix to record system audio, this does not work in my situation or for the people I work with. First of all, it has been too challenging for many of the people that work with me. This is especially true for having not being able to have their headset connected while recording audio in this method.
The headset issue is also very problematic since the Instructional Design Developers here work in an open office environment and we cannot have our audio playing out loud on our computers.
This is a big stopping point that is having many people not using Articulate.
