Audio Only when Publishing Replay Video

I am trying to publish a video, but I am only getting an audio when I publish. I have tried publishing as a video file and in Articulate 360 with the same results.
I'm using VMware to run Replay so I did several things to verify my system. I checked for updates for VMWare, installed the VMWare tools, and then uninstalled/installed Replay. Also my Articulate 360 is current. After all this, I'm still having the same issue, unfortunately.
Any ideas on what the issue could be? I did submit a ticket (01172464), but I thought I'd throw this out to the community as well. Thanks!
