Avi file not valid in replay

Hello,

I am trying to insert an avi file into a Replay project.

But I have an error message "file.avi does not appear to be a valid media file."

I don't undrestand where the issue comes from as Replay should work with avi format.

Hi Ashley,

The AVI files that don't work have been created with CamStudio. I have tried with other AVI files created with other softwares and they works. So I don't know if there is something wrong with the output of CamStudio.

One of my colleague has contacted yesterday the support and she already shared a file with them.

I will update you on they reply.

Hi Jessica,

Do you have the case number for your colleague or her name? I'd want to make sure that I touch base with our Support team who may also be working on this issue! 

Also, what version of Replay are you using? You can check by going to the Help tab inside Replay and clicking About Articulate Replay. That'll help us as we test!
