The AVI files that don't work have been created with CamStudio. I have tried with other AVI files created with other softwares and they works. So I don't know if there is something wrong with the output of CamStudio.
One of my colleague has contacted yesterday the support and she already shared a file with them.
Do you have the case number for your colleague or her name? I'd want to make sure that I touch base with our Support team who may also be working on this issue!
Also, what version of Replay are you using? You can check by going to the Help tab inside Replay and clicking About Articulate Replay. That'll help us as we test!
The case number would be an 8 digit number beginning with 0, so I'd need a bit more than that to go on. What's your colleague's name? I could search by that too.

What version of Replay are you using? AVI files should work in Replay 1 and Replay 360.
Have you tried any other AVI files, or just this one is causing you problems? Can you share a copy of the AVI file with us here?

I have checked and it appears that the problem comes from the videos.
It is not linked to Replay. So I'll have to create the videos again.
