There isn't a built-in blurring feature in Replay, but if you are embedding the video within Storyline, there is a workaround for hiding sensitive information here (you'll notice this is for Storyline 1, but the method holds true for all versions of Storyline). Otherwise, you will probably need an outside product to do custom editing, and I'm sure users in the community have suggestions about what they like to use for this!
