When I launch Replay it displays the activation window for a second then moves on to the opening window (screen capture in the attached file) which is inactive, i.e., nothing happens when I try to click anywhere in the window.
Also, in Presenter the Record Webcam doesn't work. I get a countdown then it freezes and I get a repeated message that "The captured video cannot be opened" and it freezes Powerpoint.

If it persists after the above solutions, please reach out toour support team so that they can gather furtherdocumentation and report as needed to our QA Team.
In regards to Presenter not working either, you may also want to conduct a repair of the Studio 13 suite (this will be separate than the Replay repair.)
I am having this same issue with Replay on one of my machines. Activation window appears and disappears quickly, then nothing in Replay is responsive - only way to close it is to use Task Manager and kill it.

I have it installed on another machine and it works fine

I have un-installed and re-installed several times - repaired many others. I have downloaded the latest version and get the same results.
