I have installed Replay on a Dell laptop. When I try to record, I see the message "no audio" and the webcam does not work. Replay captures only the screen, but no audio or video (Track B is blank).
However, if I open Windows Movie Maker on this laptop, both the webcam and audio work and record successfully, so I know that they are installed and functional.
Is there some additional step needed to get Replay to recognize the devices?

FYI. I followed the suggestion on the support page and ran DxDiag. It found no problems, but I sent it to support anyway.
