changing lower thirds in Replay 360

I want to use Lower Thirds, but they take up too mcu of my screen, and my text only goes across less than half of it.

Is there a way to change the size of the Lower Third?  and/or the location?

and yes, I searched this and patiently read all the irrelevant hits I received...
