choppy audio

hi there,
we are using replay 360- and the audio being recorded is very choppy , we have used 2 different types of mic, one is a Yeti stand alone, the other is a Jabra headset- both are producing choppy audio, we are thinking it may be the software or perhaps a setting we can change,
please let us know if you have any ideas. do you recommend taping the audio at the same time as recording the screen, or would you suggest individually?

Sorry you're having such a choppy experience! We definitely wouldn't expect that. First try a repair of Replay 360, then reach out to our support team if you're still having trouble. Let me know if you open a case so I can follow along!
