Choppy Video

New t0 Articulate. I used Replay to record my screen and webcam.  But the Produced video is really choppy and the audio does not match the recording of the webcam.  Is there a setting I am missing?

I'm happy to help, and have a few quick clarifying questions:

  • Do you see this behavior during preview, in the published output, or both? (To preview projects in Replay 360, simply use the play/pause and stop buttons above the timeline.)
  • Are you working on a local C: drive?
  • Do you have video hardware acceleration enabled? Most computers include it, but it may be disabled, which could be resulting in these issues. Here's how to check!
