I have created several screencast videos using Replay but in the past two my cursor is not tracing what I am doing on the screen when it's recorded to the video.
Hi there, Kyle. I can see the cursor slightly above where you must actually be clicking in that video. It looks like you're accessing the program in Google Chrome. For troubleshooting purposes, can you record a similar video in Internet Explorer?
Google Chrome doesn't pass information along to our screen recording tools as well as Internet Explorer, so my first thought is to check another browser to see if we can get a more accurate recording. Let me know if that makes a difference, and we'll figure out some next steps.
