I read other articles on this and changed my Display settings. The file then recorded the whole screen with the red border around the actual screen I wanted to record - that is, showing my other applications in the background. I just want the screen of the application recorded with the cursor/mouse in the correct location. It seems to be an ongoing issue?
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing in Replay 360.
You mentioned that you adjusted your display settings.
Does this mean you've set the scaling percentage to 100% in Display settings in Windowsand then re-recorded the content?
If you're still having difficulty, then with your permission, I'd like you to share your project file with our support engineers to investigate what's happening. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
I think it fixed it - I had an update to do and it seems to be working now? I will let you know if I have further problems. It is a bit inconvenient having to change the settings whenever I record the screen though.
