I want to add that I too have had nothing but issues with the latest update. I get an error whenever I try to edit or publish any file created in the program.
We released a fix late on Friday for the issues encountered in this discussion and a few others. You'll find the Replay release notes are updated and you can download the latest update from the Articulate 360 Desktop application.

I'm so sorry for the trouble, Deedra! We're working on a fix for this issue as we speak, and we'll let you know as soon as it's resolved.
In the meantime, I'm going to open a case for you to request a roll back to the previous version so you can continue working.
