I am trying to cut out only a few seconds of a video but the click drag start/end is not sensitive enough to identify such a small amount. Can you enter the timing manually for the start/end points as a number?
At this time, the drag options are the current workflow to adjust selected parts of a video. What may help is to zoom in on the timeline to make more precise edits. You can do this by:
On the bottom left of the timeline, drag the dot in-between the triangular shapes all the way to the right for a more defined view of the timeline.
