After I download Replay and click on the .exe file, I get an error message that I have Internet Explorer running … and I have to close it. I rebooted my computer and have shut down my browsers and still get this error message. Reference the error message below. I do not have IE or any browser open when I click on the .exe file.

This is not an error that I'm familiar with, so perhaps something went wrong during your download. I would advise trying the solutions shared here.
