Error when trying to watch the tutorials

I am no longer able to watch the tutorials in Articulate. What is this error from and what do I need to do?

Hi Gina!

I see that my colleague Gren responded to your case, so I wanted to share her response here for you and anyone else who may encounter this issue in the future:

If you don't have an Internet connection, or if your firewall or proxy server is blocking access to the start page, the tutorials and resources will be missing when you launch Replay.

To correct this issue:

  • Ensure that you have an Internet connection. After re-establishing your Internet connection, press F5 to refresh the start screen, or close and reopen Replay.
  • If your firewall or proxy server is blocking access to the Replay start page, ask your IT staff for assistance.
