Are you referring to the tutorial videos on the opening screen under Getting started with Articulate Replay? What happens when you click one of those videos? Does a browser open?
In the meantime, you can also access all of the tutorials for Replay right here.
Are you able to give me anymore assistance or send this to someone that can assist? Not sure where the error is coming from. I was at one time able to watch tutorial, but now unable to do so with anymore. I have attached the error message before, not sure why you are unable to see this.

I see that my colleague Gren responded to your case, so I wanted to share her response here for you and anyone else who may encounter this issue in the future:
If you don't have an Internet connection, or if your firewall or proxy server is blocking access to the start page, the tutorials and resources will be missing when you launch Replay.
To correct this issue:
Ensure that you have an Internet connection. After re-establishing your Internet connection, press F5 to refresh the start screen, or close and reopen Replay.
If your firewall or proxy server is blocking access to the Replay start page, ask your IT staff for assistance.
Hello, my IT division sends me back with a response that when I receive the error, it has no specific location. Where is it pulling tutorials from? I am at a loss here and would like to watch the tutorials, so I can get on with my work. Any other ideas?

Yes this opens. After I click on a video, it directs me to an error. The post above is where I was at.
