I updated my Articulate software today and noe Replay 360 will not open existing files. I can make a new one, but existing files that have been reviewed and are ready to publish won’t open. Please advise.

It sounds like Replay 360 just isn't working correctly. A repair of the software usually fixes the problem. Follow the steps here.

Hi I have tried the above and the file I have created still wont open! I can create a new file but when I click on the one I have created the blue wheel spins and Replay crashes. Can you please assist with urgency thank you.
