Existing files won’t open

I updated my Articulate software today and noe Replay 360 will not open existing files. I can make a new one, but existing files that have been reviewed and are ready to publish won’t open. Please advise.

Hi there, Ashley.  I know that isn't a good feeling, so I'm ready to help.  Let me cover some basics first, to rule out anything simple:

  • When you open Replay, are you able to browse to see your .replay files?
  • Where are your .replay files stored?  We recommend keeping them local on the C: drive.

Hey Ashley, 

Thanks for the additional information. It looks like you are replying via e-mail as I cannot see the image you included here. Be sure to click 'View' in your e-mail vs. 'Reply,' so you can pop right into the conversation.

It sounds like Replay 360 just isn't working correctly. A repair of the software usually fixes the problem. Follow the steps here.
