We decided to try Replay because our default screen capture utility (SnagIt) used variable frame rates from 9.0 - 13.0fps with no user controls. It seems like Replay defaults to 15fps with no option for higher (25, 29.97) frame rates. Is this an option now or in future releases? Also, is there any configuration for video frame rates in the built-in screen recorder in Storyline 2?
Currently Replay does not allow you to change the frame-rate, but that would make a great feature request.
As for Storyline, it publishes at a rate of 30 frames per second. You'll want to create your Flash movies at 30 frames per second, so they play at the correct speed in Storyline.

The default for the Storyline is 30 fps. If you are looking for something more, check out this thread.
