I have imported a video (.wmv) into Replay. I cropped the beginning and end and then published it. When I try to view I only have audio and the screen is black.
Are you seeing the black screen as a part of the publish or just once you've inserted into Replay? are you including any other elements like a screen recording or similar?
We've reported a similar issue to our QA team, and it seems to impact recordings done at full screen within Replay, but it sounds like you did the recording in another tool? Are you able to share the .wmv file here with us?

I am importing a .wmv that has audio and a recording demonstration). That’s what I can’t see.
I only see the black screen when I publish to a mp4.
If I import the .wmv and click play it works fine.
