My video is 15 seconds long and is a mp4 file, which I filmed through Peek. I'm trying to insert a Lower Third and/or an Image but the options are disabled. Do you know why this is happening?
You should be able to move the playhead anywhere on the timeline, then click the Lower Third button to insert a lower third at that point in the timeline.
Have you tried clicking on the video in the timeline, or closing and re-opening the project?
