I currently have a link to a Youtube video which needs to be added at the beginning of a replay video to set as an introduction. Are you able to tell me how I can import this youtube file into my replay video?
Can you tell us more about your project? I'm curious about what you are using Replay 360 to create and if Storyline 360 may be a better fit based on this question alone.

Thank you for letting us know what you would like to create with Replay 360.
You can add video files directly to your Replay 360 project, but embedding a YouTube video is not a feature.
You can embed a YouTube video into Storyline 360.
