Is Replay Part of the Articulate Studio 13?

I was offered a free upgrade from Articulate 9 to Articulate 13; is Articulate 13 suppose to include Articulate Replay?

I upgraded to Articulate 13 and do not have this feature; is this a seperate purchase?

It is a part of Articulate 13 but it is a separate install so I guess you have to go to the Articulate site and download it.

Leslie - can someone who needs a good/simple post-production platform but Replay as a standalone if they have no other Articulate products?

I could not see this option to purchase over on the website, but I may have just missed it.
