I have been doing a course through Open2Study and watching videos that have an interactive script. By that I mean, there is a link at the bottom left of the video and when you click it, gives the time, and a line by line script of what the tutor is saying. I am finding it extremely helpful especially for terminology in a psychology course.
Does Replay have that functionality? if not, is it on a wish list?
Sorry to be late to this one...but YouTube would be my first step. You can load it and it will CC it for you. From there, you can alter the CC and distribute pretty widely.

Hi Wendy - no, not at the moment.
Saying that - it would be very easy to bring the final exported Replay .mp4 into another application and add that I'm sure.
Might make a great Feature Request.

Well....any video application really - not sure really.
Maybe it could be built somehow in Storyline.
Not sure exactly, but the point is that most tech to do most things is around - you would probably need to find a video forum and ask.
