You should be able to do so without a problem! You do want to check if you've got enough harddisk space though. An hour of video and audio will produce a rather large .replay file. Also make sure you save before publishing. On occasion I had Replay crash if I recorded and just published (without saving). Luckily not when I had recorded an hours worth of information.
