I'm so sorry you lost your timeline block! Just to confirm, are you using Replay 360, or Rise 360?
If you meant Rise 360, when you delete a block, you'll see an Undo button at the bottom of the screen for several seconds. If you no longer see that button, you'll want to recreate the block again.
Thanks for clarifying that you're using Replay 360. Unfortunately, if the undo button is inactive, you won't be able to undo deleting your block.
You can try checking your temporary files to see if there's an older version. You can do this by:
Open this folder in Windows Explorer: %appdata%\Articulate\Replay
Scan the contents of this folder for a file that starts with the name of your project. If you find one, copy it to your desktop. If you find more than one, copy the latest version to your desktop.
Change the file extension of the copy on your desktop from *.tmp to *.replay.
