Hi Dana. That video showed exactly what was happening, so thanks for attaching it! I have this issue documented, and I've added your discussion so we can update you with any changes.
We've noticed that this seems to happen when recording at a high resolution within Replay. Could you let me know what dimensions you were using when recording your screen?
I'm also interested in the scaling on your display. You can find that by going to Display Settings in Windows and letting me know the percentage you see in the scaling dropdown:
Try setting that percentage to 100%, and rerecording. Let me know if that helps!
Hello Michelle and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
It looks like Katie shared our documentation above about how we approach bugs that are identified.
I do not have an update to share at this time, but I can confirm that this conversation is linked to the report so that we can update you here on any developments we have to share.
What resolution do you recommend we use to not have the problem with the mouse pointer being the wrong location? My scaling was and is set to 100%. My select capture size is set to 1280 x 720. What can I lower it to, to have the mouse pointer show up correctly?
Are you using multiple monitors? If so, try switching which monitor you use for capture. Make sure that scaling on the monitor is set at 100%. What size is your storyline project? Normally, I would set my project dimensions to the same capture dimensions.
Another point, when switching scaling you really should Sign Out (don't restart) of Windows to make sure that all apps are correctly responding to the scaling change.
It looks like Ben shared some excellent advice above. Be sure to let us know, and our Support team is also happy to talk to you about your setup to see if we can help! Feel free to start a conversation with them here.

That does help. It records the mouse in the correct spot but the finished video is still a little blurry I guess because of the resolution size.
Hi, Dana. Appreciate you sharing this additional insight, and so sorry for the headaches.
As we continue to work on fixing this problem, we'll keep this discussion updated with any new information. If there's anything else we can answer in the meantime, we'll be here!
Hi Katie,
I am having the same problem, do you have an update on when this might be fixed?
Thanks!

Fantastic and thank you!
I am experiencing this same issue, any updates?
Hi Mykelle, thanks for checking in.
We're still seeing an issue in Replay 360 where the recording shows the mouse pointer in the wrong location when recording at a high resolution.
We'll share an update in this discussion if we get new information, so you're in the right place!
