I don't think I've seen Replay freeze or crash because of this - but I do typically publish without spaces or underscores in my file names. You'll want to make sure that the overall file name and path doesn't include any special characters, symbols, etc. Also, the file path of where you're publishing should be well under 260 characters as that's the limit imposed by Microsoft and trying to publish a file with a longer file path could cause it to crash - hence why removing the spaces will allow it to work.
