I'm not seeing that same behavior with my Replay software, so perhaps you want to run a repair on yours to hopefully correct this issue. I have not seen this reported before.
Hi Leslie, I'm getting the same 00:00:00 seconds after repair... and it happening on multiple machines. I've got 3 laptops a Dell, a Samsung and a HP and all give the zero time indication when pausing.
I'll try a full reinstall on my samsung to see what happens.
Looks like we were unable to replicate and I do not see where we heard back from Jeff on this issue. Would you be able to share your file for us to take a look?

Nope... after deactivation, full uninstall, reboot and reinstall I still get a 00:00:00 time reference when pausing during recording.
Any way to debug this for you guys?

Please be sure you are utilizing the latest version here. If so, have you tried the repair as shared above?
