Odd screen, or mouse Oct 01, 2020 By Henrik Værum Høgh I have this issue on the same PC. Working from office, no problems. but when working from home, the recording eiter turs out like the attached, when record fra "second screen" (not the same as office) Record from the PC screen (the same as in office) the mouse on the recorded movie, are a little up to the left, off. Here are a few ideas that I hope will help clear up the issue you are seeing: Set all displays to scale at 100%. (96 DPI) If you are using a second monitor, set the second monitor to the same resolution as your main display. Repair Replay 360 Make sure that Video Hardware acceleration is enabled If none of these tips help, connect with our support team, and they'll be able to dig into your setup to nail down the cause!
