One of my colleagues is unable to upload published output from a 7GB Replay file to Review. He says the error message was that the file was too large. He got the same message when trying to copy the .replay file to a roomy flash drive.
Do you have any idea what could be causing this issue?
Would appreciate your ideas and/or guidance. It has stopped our project in its tracks!
Sorry to hear that! Review 360 has a file size limitation of 5 GB for each published project, so he won't be able to upload the file. You can read about it in the Review 360 FAQs.
