So in "replay" I record my screen from an application and everything looked sized correctly. But when I play it back in replay it only captures a small corner of the application. I have a high-res display set at 2560 x 1440 and again when recording it looks just fine.
Can you help? I really need to record this screen.

It's a graphics issue. I don't think replay knows how to handle ultra HD graphics resolution. I reviewed the article. I'd be surprised if I were the only one having this issue with as many Ultrabooks and hi-res monitors out there as there are.

I'm sorry to hear, Deborah! I checked our support ticketing system and it does not appear that Jim decided to reach out to our engineers for further assistance, but if you are experiencing the same troubles, I would encourage you to use this form to submit a case.

The problem is partially solved, or at least solved in one computer. It can be done with a combination of lesser resolution and readjusting DPI to 96 at Display Configuration Screen.
It didn't work with my UHD display, but it can be something else. Hope it helps and thanks a lot.

DPI of 96 is the recommended solution but I still have the same issue as Jim....

Same with me. I have tried with the laptop and desktop computers both with HD graphics cards, and the screen captured doesn't match the area selected.
And yes, I have submited the case a few minutes ago.
Hope to have a solution soon not to throw away hours of work.
