I have just delivered a published course to a client and it won't open....she says the cursor just spins. The course works here. I DID have trouble getting it published several times....got an error box to send feedback to support. But after re-booting my machine, it seemed to publish. These problems started after I installed a Studio 13 update yesterday morning.
I'd appreciate any ideas you may have....deadlines bearing down!
Sounds like your client may not have uploaded the content you shared yet.
If you just see a spinning circle or a Flash Player notification when you launch published courses on your local computer, you may be experiencing a new Flash Player security feature. See this article for details and solutions.
So you're saying the problem may be that she's running it on her local machine rather than from the server? Since there are several people reviewing this course, that would mean that each reviewer would have to change their settings for Flash....not an easy solution. I'll see if she can load this to a server to test.
And is this a very recent issue with Flash? Because I sent her a course two weeks ago and there was no problem??

Hi Carrie! Released on 9/13/16 according to this documentation, but would be up to when updates happened on the users computer.
